Elevated Ed Tech Guiding teachers as they ascend to the next ed tech level.
Here are a few other sites that I built and maintain for Lake Tahoe Unified School District:
www.ltusdbridgetoccss.org I usually refer to this site as 'the bridge' site because it's a huge site with a ton of info on it. I started building it almost two years ago as a resource for our teachers and it's sort of a go to where we put everything CCSS related. I think we'll migrate a bunch of this over to our district's new website once that launches this month.
http://ltusdedtech.weebly.com/ This is my 'working' ed tech site where I put current training information. I try to get information out to teachers in multiple platforms including the ed tech blog and this website just to reach as many teachers as possible at whatever platform their comfortable with and currently using.
http://tech.ltusd.org This is the homepage for all our K-8 students. It was originally worked up by one of the teachers in the district and I've re-worked it to make the icons easier to see on a dark background and on a 11 inch screen without scrolling since all our students have netbooks. It's not a layout I'm personally in love with but I was trying to maintain what the teacher did originally did as she has some attachment to it. I've recently added an SBAC page with with links to tech skills that will help students with the assessment.
